Another lovely sunny, warm day.   This time we went up to the Cat and Fiddle Inn to start the walk - we walked along the ridge which leads away from the inn over Dane Bower and down to Three Shires Head - so named because three counties meet at this point - it was super there so we stopped off for our lunch - the children were swimming in a deep pool in the stream - they screamed as they first went in but after a few seconds they were splashing about with great glee.  We then made our way back over the higher route via the now disused Danebower Quarries to the Cat and Fiddle.
