A STRING OF PEARLS

A celebration of 30 years of musical theatre performances! Founded in 1975, The Brussels Gilbert & Sullivan Society performed all thirteen G&S operettas (some several times) to entertain Brussels audiences. In 1992 it changed its name and repertoire to embark on performing a broader range of musical theatre as well as continuing with G&S. These fully-staged productions with orchestra included operettas by Offenbach, Lehar and Kalman and many musicals including Carousel, Anything Goes! and Oklahoma! This special retrospective, costumed show will feature selections of some of the best scenes from those thirty years of performing.
